Unless otherwise agreed, pre-existing code, reusable components, development tools, frameworks, libraries, templates, and third-party materials remain subject to their respective ownership or license terms.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that content, trademarks, images, data, and other materials they provide can legally be used for the project.
06Third-Party Services & Integrations
Projects may depend on services operated by third parties, including hosting providers, payment gateways, APIs, cloud platforms, app stores, communication services, analytics tools, or external software. Their availability, pricing, policies, and functionality may change independently of Bytes & Binary Software.
We can help integrate or troubleshoot third-party services within the agreed scope, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or future compatibility of services controlled by third parties.
07Website Use & Prohibited Activities
